The ULTIMATE London Spa Day: Intercontinental 02 With ESPA
Join me on a dreamy spa day with ESPA at the Intercontinental 02 in London!
Yesterday I was kindly invited to a dreamy spa day at the Intercontinental 02 hotel with ESPA and it was SO bloomin' lovely!
I took my BFF as I always love hanging out with her and thought it would be cute to do a little spa day together! We jumped on the train and was at the spa within the hour, just a few minutes walk from North Greenwich station behind the 02, lies the Intercontinental 02 hotel.
We checked in and I was whisked off for a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage, which was half hour, then a custom facial for the second half hour of my treatment. I had a lovely lady called Levita who carried out my treatment and she was incredible!
I've been struggling with shoulder pains for the past few months and this last week it has been SO bad I've barely slept some nights. I felt like Levita really understood my body and spent time working out my knots, I felt like a new woman after my massage!
The second half of my treatment was my facial and it was lovely, she assessed my skin (HELLO DEHYDRATED / COMBINATION skin), and decided which ESPA products would be best for my facial. She started off with the ESPA Optimal Skin ProCleanser which is a cleanser, mask and exfoliator in one - it felt so soothing on my skin!
My facial was completed with the 24-Hour Balancing Moisturiser, 24-Hour Replenishing Eye Moisturiser and Purifying Tea Tree Gel which was great for my blemishes and congested areas!

After my treatment we spent a few hours lounging by the pool, in the sauna, reading (currently reading Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert and I'd HIGHLY recommend it!), chatting and napping - it was a dream day to be fair!
Amy headed off for her treatment at 1pm then we sat down to the most delicious Prosecco afternoon tea which I'm still dreaming about!
