Last weekend Ben and I had the dreamiesttttttt day ever (and quite possibly the most British day too!), we were kindly invited to experience a luxury pre-made hamper service from one of my favourite London hotels; The Arch London!
We collected our hamper at lunchtime and wandered over to Hyde Park which is just a five minute walk from the hotel, we set up a spot under a tree, drank champagne, soaked up some rays, ate the most delicious picnic and napped... it was BLISS!
I wanted to share this post with you guys ASAP as the hampers are running until the 9th of September 2018 so there's still a good few weeks left to get your hamper experience in (maximise this lush weather we're having and enjoy an afternoon spent in Hyde Park!).
I've popped some more info on these lovely hampers below, although a little pricy, I LOVE the concept and think it's a great idea for a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary or proposal (god how cute would that be?!). It's great that you can just turn up and collect the hamper with everything ready to go, and drop it off once you're done - a lovely afternoon with zero hassle!
What's in the hamper? Homemade crisps with sea salt, English Cheddar with apple and raisin chutney on sun blushed tomato bread, Coronation chicken, baby gem, coriander sandwich, Smoked salmon, lemon butter, cracked black pepper on brown bread, Jersey Royal potato salad with apple and mustard dressing, Raspberry & pistachio trifle, Battenburg, Homemade muffins, with a nicely chilled bottle of Kleine Zalze Cap Classique, Stellenbosch, 2010 ZA!
How much is the hamper? £95 for two
How long can I get the hamper for? As long as you like! Just drop the picnic hamper back to the hotel once you're done!
