A Quick Guide To Williamsburg: My Williamsburg Address Book
A guide to Williamsburg, Brooklyn - covering everything from where to sleep, eat, shop & drink!
Where to stay: The Williamsburg Hotel, 96 Wythe Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249
Having just returned from an EPIC girls trip to New York with my favourite lady Ellie; I couldn’t wait to start sharing content with you guys! As this was my sixth time in New York; I wanted to stay somewhere a different to Manhattan as I’d always stayed in the thick of it before and wanted to see the city from a different perspective.
After doing some research The Williamsburg Hotel seemed like the PERFECT option for Ellie and I. With it's design focus and location in Brooklyn; it was hard to resist - we booked in for five nights and didn't look back! The hotel was everything we wanted and more (I have a full post on the hotel coming soon will a full review and pictures so keep an eye out for that!).

Where to eat - best for brunch: Egg Shop, 138 N 8th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249
If you're staying in Williamsburg/Brooklyn then you absolutely HAVE TO visit Egg Shop; Ellie had been recommended it on a previous trip to NYC and it didn't disappoint! What to order? We both went for the Pepper Boy; scrambled egg, maple cured bacon, caramelised onion aioli in a bell pepper roll... DELICIOUS!
How much? Brunch dishes will cost you anything from $10-$15, dinner will cost anywhere from $5 for starters up to $19 for mains.
Where to eat - best for coffee & cake: Woops! Bakeshop, 548 Driggs Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211
If you're looking for a quick coffee & cake pitstop then Woops! bakeshop on Driggs Avenue is the one for you! Famous for their macarons, pastries and good coffee - Woops! is well worth a visit during your trip!
How much? Build a box of 9 macarons from $27.
Where to eat - best for takeout pizza: Two Boots Pizza, 558 Driggs Ave Brooklyn NY, 11211
Two nights during our trip we opted for some amazing takeout pizza from Two Boots (and a few bottles of prosecco to wash it down with naturally!), as we wanted to catch up on some work / gossip in our PJS / jet lag kicked our butt and we didn't want to face the public in a restaurant! I couldn't recommend Two Boots enough if you're thinking of having a couple of beers & some pizza in the room!
How much? Sides start from $2.50 and mains/XL pizzas run up to $25.95.
Where to shop - best for cute gifts: Red Pearl, 200 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249
If you're looking for cute gifts/cards, niche books, coffee flasks and straw bags - then look no further as Red Pearl is the one for you! We stumbled across this cute store on our way to Wholefoods one evening (living the GLAM life!), and even though I didn't buy anything, I could have easily bought the whole store! You'll find tonnes of cute stores along Bedford Ave - it's a MUST for a wander!
Other locations to note: Catbird jewellery store | Brooklyn Fox Lingerie | Brooklyn Brewery | Juice Generation | Toby's Estate Coffee (AMAZING coffee!)| Davey's Ice Cream | Two Door Tavern
