Don't Forget To Fall In Love With Yourself First
Some honest truths about why loving yourself, is actually the most valuable lesson you can learn!

So, here's the drill gals, I'm a HUGE lover of love, always have been, probably always will. I wear my heart on my sleeve, I enjoy loving deeply and passionately. I adore Ben (but you guys already knew that because I'm always gushing about him). But, this Valentine's month I'm not talking about boys.
I'm talking about me.
I'm talking about you.
And how loving yourself is actually the most valuable lesson you'll ever learn. Some people spend their lives searing for their soul mates, for love, but I truly believe that the most satisfying love you'll ever find, lies within you.
Don't get me wrong, we're all going to have days when we feel down on ourselves; that's natural, and things we don't like as much as we could, but then it's also important to focus on the positives. I'm not overly body confident right now, I know I could feel happier within myself, but then I love myself for other qualities. For having created a business from scratch, for being a #GIRLBOSS and buying the car of my dreams, for being able to do a job I love every day, for working with brands I could never have imagined I'd ever work with, for pushing my content boundaries, for being the best friend and girlfriend I possibly can, for putting others before myself and understanding what really matters in life.
So, this Valentine's Day, I'm calling all my girls; whether you're single or in a relationship; it's irrelevant, I want you to show yourself some love, to focus on you, YOU DO YOU BOO. It's about time we were a little kinder to ourselves and learnt to love ourselves for who we are.
It's so funny because when I shot these pictures in Paris with my boo Ellie; there I am like an absolute twat holding my love balloon (definitely don't care because I LOVE how the pictures turned out - no pun intended!), but a guy approached me and said 'Shouldn't there be a guy in your picture? Surely, that's the whole point' - to which I just kind of politely laughed off but inside I was like NO PAL, YOU'VE ACTUALLY MISSED THE POINT COMPLETELY. I didn't want to stand there doing a cute Valentine's shoot with bae (but that's totally cool if you do), I wanted to focus on self love, so I stood there like a wally and got those snaps because I knew how important this message was that I needed to share with my girls! <3
